Points to watch out for

• Anyone that has come into contact with children’s services should immediately contact a solicitor as they will arrive mob handed, at the most inconvenient time possible, not only bully you, but also lie, and support each other in those lies.
• Social Services have no legal authority to make you do anything, without first acquiring a court order. But they will make demands and bully you as if they do have that authority. Don't be fooled or bullied.
• Remember, the only thing they care about is their job so don’t be expecting any assistance from them if you are struggling with your children’s behaviour. Its safer for them to remove your children into care.
• If they arrive with the police, they will bully and lie to remove your children. If you cannot contact a solicitor, record the discussion and tell them your security system records everything. They will object, but tell them you are legally entitled to record yourself.
• Do not agree to the removal of your children. If presented with a court order or you feel the need to compromise, make sure they are placed with a relative or close friend, until the issue is resolved. Neither Social Services nor the police can remove the children or lay down any conditions on you without a court order, or your agreement. You will have extreme difficulty getting them back if you agree to their removal. With absolutely no control of where they are placed.
• Don't allow them to use the courts as a threat. The courts are more reasonable to deal with, and require a much higher level of evidence and proof than Social Workers. Judges know the nonsense Social Workers get up to.
